Background
Gradient was founded in 2023 by two TU Delft graduates, with the main goal of applying Data Science & AI to achieve positive societal impact. Considering the complex challenges the world currently faces, it is vital to start applying the emerging AI technology to the problems that actually require solving.
Our vision
Positive impact
At Gradient we only work on projects that achieve positive societal impact. Our clients are therefore generally located in the public sector. We believe that this is not only the best place to achieve positive impact, but that these are also the organizations that stand to gain the most from the AI revolution.
Hands on
With the slogan of our Rotterdam office being the characteristic ‘Niet Lullen, Maar Poetsen’, Gradient maintains a hands on way of working. We prefer spending our time on solution development, instead of designing roadmaps and elaborate slidedecks. Our lean approach to software development is key to Gradient.
Cooperation
We understand that the implementation of our custom made AI solutions is even more important than its functionalities. Gradient therefore cooperates closely with its partners, using input sessions and user experiments to create something that is worth using, while improving AI literacy throughout organizations.
