At the Hackathon Open Overheid 2025, held at the Fokker Terminal in The Hague on 31 October and 1 November, we built Zienswijzer. With it we won 2nd prize, worth 20,000 euros in project value.
For freedom-of-information (Woo) requests, interested parties may submit a response. That process takes a lot of time, is opaque to the interested parties and often remains underexposed.
Zienswijzer tackles that with automatic recognition of interested parties, real-time tracking of the status of a response, and automatic handling of email and communication. That makes the process faster and clearer, both for the case handler and for the interested party.
