How the process works
Often you wrap up the whole process within a few weeks. We would rather not run endless rounds: just a few good conversations and then quick clarity.
Coffee and motivation
Getting to know each other, no strings attached. We tell you what we do and hear what drives you.
Interview
Into the substance: your experience, what you are good at and what you are looking for.
Case
Working on a real problem together, often at the same time as the interview. No trick questions, but how you think.
No matching role, but a feeling that you belong here?
Send us a message with what you are good at and what you are looking for. We are happy to meet, even when there is no vacancy open right now.
