As a Data & AI Engineer you switch between our platform and the practice at clients. One week you work on the core of soev.ai, the next on a bespoke project or an implementation at an organisation in a regulated sector.
You build from data to production, and you prove with benchmarks that what you make actually works.
What you do
- Build data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation and semantic search across large, fragmented sources.
- Set up benchmarks and evaluation, so quality is a number and not a feeling.
- Connect AI solutions to the systems a client already uses, with a human in the loop where it matters.
- Contribute to the core of soev.ai and bring your work back into the product.
What you bring
- Experience with Data and AI engineering, strong in Python and SQL.
- Familiar with LLM and RAG applications and with measuring quality.
- You work directly with clients and think about the solution, not just the code.
- Precise and pragmatic: you deliver something that can go into production.
